We have been working on Potty Training, Leash Training, Crate Training and Socialization, Socialization, Socialization.  Check out the new slideshow on the 2012 Litter under the Puppies Tab for more photos.

Here at OtM, Socialization is of the utmost importance!  We start from the puppies third day of life with the "Super Dog" Early Neurological Stimulation Program and Sound Desensitization, follow that up with introducing people and children of all types and sizes, then textures, crate training, potty training, leash training, grooming, challenges and continue until the day they go home then strongly encourage their new parents to continue the process.  All of this is critical in the development of a confident, stable Black Russian with a great temperament and a good little citizen that adapts well to everything life has to offer in the future!

The babies are six weeks old and growing and developing fast!  they now weigh between 12 and 13 pounds and are acting more and more like "big dogs" and less and less like babies.  Stay tuned for Lorena's photos from their latest photo shoot.  They are sure to be as fantastic as always!

Cross your paws (and fingers and toes and eyes) for Arbalet ("Purple" from the 2011 litter) as he and David show at the big national show, Eukanuba in Orlando, Florida this weekend!  This is the largest national dog show in the nation and there are over 3,800 dogs entered and 22 of the top Black Russian Terriers!!  Good luck David and Arbalet!  GO TEAM TAIL!!!!!
